2.2. In-App/Website Form (If Available)
If you are logged in to our app/website, you can request data deletion directly by following these steps:
- Login to your account and go to Settings / Privacy.
- Navigate to “Privacy & Security.”
- Click on “Delete My Data”.
- Enter your email address or verification code to confirm.
- Click “Submit Request.”
- You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link inside that email to finalize the deletion request.
If you cannot find this option in your settings, please use the email method described in Section 2.1.
3. Request Processing Time
- After receiving your request, we will verify your information within 7 business days.
- Once verified, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our main database.
- In certain exceptional circumstances (e.g., pending legal obligations or ongoing transactions), we may retain minimal information for a limited period strictly for compliance or legitimate business purposes. However, this retained data will not be used for any marketing or analytics activities.
4. Important Notes
- Review Your Data Before Deletion:
- When your data is permanently deleted, all transaction history, messages, comments, or content you’ve posted will be irreversible.
- If you wish to keep any records (invoices, notifications, personal documents), please download or save them before submitting a deletion request.
- Browser Cache and Cookies:
- Deleting your data from our system does not automatically clear any cookies or cache stored in your browser. To remove these, go into your browser’s settings and clear them manually if needed.
- Linked Facebook Login:
- If you logged in to our service using your Facebook account, please note that deleting your data here affects only our system. It will not delete any information stored on Facebook itself.
